Perfect accommodations. tWell equipped with EVERYTHING you will need while on Kailua-Kona. Ron has thought of everything. Clean, comfortable bed and furnished and easy access to all the area has to offer.

Great place, we really enjoyed staying here for 5 nights. Very accessible to the town, beaches etc. Parking was not an issue, worst case we parked outside the compound and walked for 2 mins. The pools were good, although the salt water pool was closed due to rough waves - minor disappointment but not in anyone's control. Very calm and nice flora in the place. Absolutely will stay here again.

Ron is an amazing host, and this property is so unique! There is a saltwater pool overlooking the Pacific!
